A consultant for 17+ years to individuals and small businesses on vision and strategy, he holds an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Indiana University. Cameron is a fractional executive with 15+ years across startups in project management, data analysis, sales, HR, and executive leadership. He began his career overseas as a business analyst before moving into operations for several tech startups, and today serves as fractional COO and CFO for multiple VS4 portfolio companies. Board member of various nonprofits in Southeast Michigan.
Mike brings seasoned leadership and vision discernment to organizations navigating growth and change. With more than 30 years leading teams and extensive board experience, he is especially skilled at helping leaders clarify direction, anticipate obstacles, and recognize what will gain traction — or create resistance — before those dynamics surface. He has earned degrees at Regent University and Grove City College, and has served as Captain in the United States Air Force.
David has an over 20-year track record of growing and building healthy organizations. Serving as a strategic leader and bridge between owners, entrepreneurs, operators, researchers, and capital, David finds joy mobilizing teams to realize shared visions. David has earned degrees from Duke Law School and the University of Chicago.
